Sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific/ Noon to 5 p.m. Eastern on each day of the two-day institute.
REGISTRATION
We encourage organizations to send teams so that knowledge is shared across the organization. To ensure full participation and interaction, we ask that participants do not share one computer but attend individually. Each registrant will receive a unique login once their registration request has been processed.
Cancellation
Should a participant need to cancel their registration, a full refund will be given if the cancellation occurs at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled training. If the cancellation occurs fewer than 5 business days before the training, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
